Below is a summary of what you need to know before filing a birth injury claim in Georgia.
The Dangers of Chemical Exposure at a Pool
The last thing most people would worry about in a swimming pool is being burned. But these places of relaxation and fun need constant upkeep from property owners to maintain safe water conditions. Mixing chemicals incorrectly or adding too much can put swimmers at serious risk of suffering chemical burns.
How to Spot Internal Bleeding
After an accident, you may be mostly concerned with your obvious, external injuries. That’s understandable, as a nasty cut or broken bone is enough to make anyone panic. However, the real danger may lie in a wound that is practically invisible: internal bleeding.
The Relationship Between Falls and TBIs
Slip-and-falls are almost always caused by negligence. Whether a public walkway hasn’t been cleared of ice, or a wet-floor sign wasn’t put down in a grocery store after an employee mopped, slip-and-falls are often not the fault of the victim.

However, everyone who jumped survived.
The cause of the fire? Still “under investigation.”Read more…

However, trucks can pose a serious danger while on the road. Tractor-trailers often weigh upwards of 80,000 pounds, meaning they can easily crush any obstacles in their path, including other vehicles. However, one of the most dangerous aspects of a truck is the cargo it carries. If that cargo spills, depending on what it is, it can cause catastrophic damage.Read more…
