Congratulations to Our 2022 Scholarship Finalists!

By Grant Law Office on May 11, 2022

The word "Congrats" spelled out with golden balloons.

This season is special and a favorite time of year for us at Grant Law Office. That’s because it’s when we get to be introduced to so many inspiring students from across Georgia through the essays they submit to us for our annual Best Foot Forward Scholarship. Those who apply to win this scholarship are certainly motivated to better themselves and the world around them, and we were excited to see that 180 essays were submitted this year!

The deadline for students to submit their writing pieces this year was April 20, 2022. Since that time, we read over all their submitted pages of inspiration and ambition, leaving us hopeful for the bright futures ahead of them. While narrowing down the finalists to a select few hasn’t been an easy process, we’d like to take a moment to say that we are proud of you all for pursuing your dreams with the sky as the limit. Congratulations to the following individuals:

  • Stephanie M.
  • Hannah G.
  • Andrew W.
  • Genesis C.
  • Taylor I.

We’re excited for the next stage of this contest where we’ll pick one of you to win a $1,000 scholarship! Where your stories began and where they’re headed have been so inspiring to us. The sacrifices you’ve made, the challenges you’ve overcome, and the purpose you are all pursuing in your journeys have been a joy for us to learn about.

You bring a lot of courage and passion to the table, so picking a winner will take some time. We will be sure to let you know our final decision by May 18, 2022. Stay up to date by visiting our blog and Facebook page.

To all the rest of you who weren’t a finalist, we salute you and you should be proud of all that you’ve accomplished! Your essays are just a glimpse of your diligence in pursuing your goals. We know that you have a lot to offer when it comes to your own growth and helping others. We encourage you to keep aiming for excellence.
