Congratulations to Our 2023 Best Foot Forward Scholarship Winner!

By Grant Law Office on June 19, 2023

Gradation caps and a diploma.

Grant Law Office announced the four finalists for our Best Foot Forward Scholarship on May 31, 2023. The essays we received from our finalists were outstanding, and we faced a truly difficult decision in choosing the winner for this year’s $1500 college scholarships.

After much consideration, our team narrowed it down to one entrant. The essay we selected is a marvelous narrative that gracefully addresses every aspect of the prompt. We hope you enjoy reading it as much as we did.

We are pleased to announce the 2023 Best Foot Forward Scholarship winner:

  • Austin M. – Bulford, GA

This year’s essay prompt asks our entrants to tell us about a time when you had a major change of heart. The prompt stresses the importance of understanding and accepting other people’s opinions when making decisions.

Austin has a flair for writing. He really sets the scene, making the reader feel like we were right there with him when he had to make a big decision. It’s an amusing and captivating story. You can read Austin’s winning essay here.
